1、抬高腿,挺胸抬头;
2、轻轻 地收缩胃部,后背保持平直;
3、加快走步速度,不用加大每步的间距;
4、重心先落在脚踝,然后逐渐过渡到脚尖,脚尖着地一定要有力度;
5、快速向前走步 时,肘部弯成90度,在腰部和胸部之间来回摆动;
