Did u know - When to start using antiaging product?

When is the exact age to start an anti aging routine? There is no point in a 19 year old using an elite anti aging cream. However, there is no harm in that same girl using a good anti aging moisturizer and anti aging eye cream as a preventative measure against the signs of aging. It's all about balance. In this guide, the needs of various ages will be explored.

19-25
In this age range, the focus should be on the prevention of fine lines and wrinkles, support of proper skin cell turnover and anti aging sun protection. The skin should be cleansed daily with a gentle face wash. Follow with gentle toner and a lightweight moisturizer and eye cream that contain an SPF. Use this daily. Every anti aging routine must include sun protection.
25-35The focus is preventing fine lines and wrinkles in addition to targeting any existing signs of aging. Wash skin daily with a gentle cleanser. Some cleansers pull double duty with ingredients that improve the tone and texture of the skin. Start using these washes now. It might be time to upgrade to a more nourishing toner as well. The daily anti aging cream with SPF should be clinically proven to be effective against fine lines and wrinkles. Choose a daytime eye cream with SPF that is also proven effective against wrinkles.
Now is likely the time to start using targeted anti aging products as well. Often, aging isn't as simple as a line or two. Often, it's something harder to define, like a loss of radiance in the complexion. Use anti aging products targeted to the skin's unique set of needs once or twice a week.
35-45
The focus now is the treatment of lines and wrinkles. Every woman ages differently, and each person will have their own needs. In addition to a good daytime routine, now is an excellent time to start using a night time anti aging cream. The anti aging cream having all night to work on the face can do wonders for the skin.
45-65+
The routine for this age range is much the same, with a focus on upgrading to stronger anti aging products where needed. If it's not broke, don't fix it, but also feel free to change anti aging products if you feel they aren't doing the job.

On the other hand, most guys aren't bothered with their manes - just the regular shampoo from the supermarket and hair wax make up their daily haircare regimen. But that doesn't mean that they are spared from the dangers of the chemical found in shampoo and other haircare products. Did u know - The 9 Most Dangerous Health Food

Have you ever eaten something because you thought it was healthy, but later found out that food wasn’t good for you at all? Don’t be embarrassed if the answer is “yes.” Advertising and misinformation surround what we eat and can make every food appear healthy—even if nothing could be farther from the truth.

Protein Bar
“Protein bars are basically vitamin and protein-infused candy bars,” says Moskovitz. “They seem like a healthy snack replacement, but they can contain more than twice the amount of fat and carbs as a chocolate brownie.” To steer clear of needless calories, look for options that have less than 180 calories and 5 grams fat, and provide at least 5 grams of fiber.

Dried Fruit

With more than 100 calories per ¼ cup serving, calories can add up quickly when you’re eating dried fruit. Antonucci recommends reaching for fresh or frozen fruits instead. “You'll be able to eat a larger, more satisfying serving for fewer calories and feel fuller from the fluids,” Antonucci says.

Yougurt
Yogurt in any form is a good source of calcium and vitamin D. But some brands have as much fat and sugar as a jelly-donut. Be sure you’re only getting the good stuff by choosing plain, low-fat versions. Flavor them on your own with fruit and honey. And go Greek when you can. Plain Greek Yogurt offers twice as much protein and half the amount of carbs as the traditional type, Moskovitz says

Margerine
In a head-to-head battle between butter and its artificial competitor, the original wins by a landslide. Sure, the spreads have the same number of calories, but Margarine has more trans fat, which simultaneously raises your “bad” (LDL) cholesterol and lowers “good” (HDL) cholesterol, according to the Mayo Clinic. “That’s the one ingredient we dietitians recommend to avoid completely,” Moskovitz says. To limit your risk of heart disease, stick with the real stuff. And choose whipped butter, which has a lower caloric density.

Reduced-Fat Peanut Butter
When manufacturers take fat out of peanut butter, they replace it with sugars. As a result, reduced-fat peanut butter has the same total calories as the original, but more than twice the amount of carbs. “It’s better to stick with the regular stuff,” Moskovitz says. “You’ll eat less, because the full-fat version is more satisfying and filling.”

Bran Muffin
“Think of these as a decadent treat, not a healthy coffee companion,” says Antonucci. A typical bran muffin has more than 400 calories and up to 15 grams of fat, with most of the calories coming from sugar and refined flour. Can’t skip your morning muffin? The best bet is to make a lower-fat, portion controlled version at home, Antonucci says.

Fat-Free Salad Dressing
If you’re watching your blood pressure, steer clear of this stuff. “In just two measly tablespoons of fat-free Italian dressing, you take in up to 500mg of blood-pressure-raising sodium,” Moskovitz says. “That’s a third of the total amount you should eat in an entire day.” Instead, she recommends making your own low-salt dressing by combining balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and flavor-packed seasonings like pepper, turmeric and mustard seed.

Turney Burger
Many people think that ordering a turkey burger instead of beef will keep them slim. Don’t be fooled. The average restaurant-style turkey burger has more than 600 calories and 30 grams of fat – and that’s without the bun or toppings. “The next time you’re wondering which burger to choose, don’t worry about the type of meat,” Moskovitz says. “Instead, limit your portion size by sharing it with a friend, or going open-faced.”

Sushi
Sushi rolls can be deceiving, because they’re packed tightly and look small, but some are calorie bombs just waiting to blow up your waistline. A single roll can pack more than 500 calories. To steer clear of these calorie-dense tripwires, Moskovitz recommends avoiding any roll that includes these ingredients: tempura (which is another word for deep fried), cream cheese, shredded cheese, or spicy mayo sauce.

Did u know - Sunblock's SPF protection not increase with an increased SPF

The 2 ray
-UVA rays(aging rays) responsible for long term skin damage because they absorb deep into skin.
-UVB rays cause skin tan or sunburn.

What is SPF?
Sun Protection Factor(SPF) label range from 2 to as high as 100 and refer to product's ability to screen or block out the sun harmful rays. This is a sun metre and often products inadvertently allow tanning with enough sun exposure.

Sun's protection factor is calculated this way:
-Take the time u would normally burn in the sun without protection. 20 minutes will usually produce redness on light skinned individual.

-Multiply the number by the SPF of ur product. Example with an SPF 1x 20 minutes of sun time = 300. This is how many minutes u can stay in the sun without burning. 300 minutes(5 hours) of sun protection without a sunburn.

U need to aware that SPF protection does not increase proportionally with an increased of SPF number. SPF greater than 15 offer only small increment of additional protection.

Which SPF is right for me?
For most people, sun protection of SPF 15 provide adequate protection as long as evenly applied and frequently reapplied. People who are fair-skinned, light-coloured, sensitive skin will benefit from a higher SPF. Does highest mean best protection? Not necessary. An SPF of 50 only provide 1% or 2% more protection than SPF of 30.

Waterproof vs Water Resistant
If u are looking for a a sunscreen to use while in water, choose sunscreen that is "water resistant" or "waterproof"? "Waterproof" sunscreen provide protection in the water for 80 minutes, while "water resistant" provide only 40 minutes of protection.

Did you know - The 7 dangerous acts after a meal

1. Smoking - Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes that means chances of cancer is higher

2. Eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hour after meal or 1 hour before meal.

3. Drink tea - Tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.

4. Lossen your belt -  Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted and blocked.

5.  Bath - Bathing after meal will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs and body. thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.

6. Walking - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake

7. Sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric and infection in our intestine.

Did u know - Try to Lose Weight, But can't See the Result - Part II

Myth #11 Protein is the Most Important Nutrient for Athletes
Rosenbloom recommands that after weight training, athletes consume a little bit of protein - about 8 grams, the amount in a small carton of low-fat chocolate milk - help their muscle rebuild.

Myth #12 Low Fat Milk has Less Calcium than Full-fat Milk
Skimmed and semi-skimmed milk actually have more calcium, says dietician, Alison Silivan, because the calcium is in the watery part, not the creamy part. If u're trying to lose weight and cut fat from ur diet, skimmed milk is ur best bet because it's lower in fat and has 10mg more calcium per 200ml milk than full fat.

Myth #13 Cholestrol is Bad for U
We need blood cholesterol because it's used to build cells and make vital hormones. sarurated fat found in cheese, cream, meat, precessed pastries tend to low density lipoprotein(LDL) cholesterol, known as 'bad' cholesterol, which delivers cholesterol to the arteries. High density lipoprotein(HDL), or 'good' cholesterol which delivers cholesterol away fromthe arteries to the liver.Myth #14 A Slow Metabolism Prevents Weight Loss
Studies shown that resting metabolism - the number number of calories, used by the bodyat rest - increase as people become fatter. In other words, the longer u are, the more calories u need to keep ur body going and the higherur metabolism. Weight gain occurs when the number of calories eaten is greater than the number used up by the body.
Myth #15 Low Fat Foods Help U Lose Weight
'Low-fat' or 'fat-free' doesn't necessary mean low calorie or calorie-free. Check the calorie contain of food, esp cakes, buscuit, crisp, ice-cream, and ready meals.

Myths #16 Vegetarians Food can't Build Muscle
Vegetarians can be as muscular as meat eaters by gerring their protein from vegetable source such as cheese, nuts, pulses, and grains. You need protein to build muscle, but too much can lead to long-term side effect. The body can store certain amount of protein, so too much can damage the kidney. The department of ehalth recommand that 50% of energy should come from carb, 35% energy come from fat and the remaining 15% from protein.

Myth #17 U always Gain Weight when U Stop Smoking
It's far healthier to be an overweight non-smoker than not bother giving up because u think u'll put on weight. Alison Siullivan says :'Where people tend to fall down is when they replace a cigarette with comfort food. Chewing sugar-free gum or snacking on vegetable strips kept in the fridge is a good idea because u have these instead of reaching for the buscuit tin.'

Myth #18 Don't WeightUrself

U really need to weigh urself to keep ur weigh in check. But don't weight urself more than once a day. Weighing urself shouldn't be seen as punishment. It's just a way to keep an eye on ur weight.

Myth #19
Cut out Dessert

Deprevation is the downfall of all dessert. You can have a small portion of dessert to satisfy ur diet. But don't overindulge. Make a good choice of what u include in ur diet.

Myth 20 Just Exercise and don't Worry about Dieting
You probably won't be to work out enough to make up for a eating a huge meal. Exercise just does not burn enough calories. If u eat a slice of apple pie that is 500 calories, u'll have to walk briskly for 2 hours to burn these calories. SO, u won't lose weight unless u cut ur calories.

Did u know?
eLife™ energize all 80 trillion cells in our body and assist in speeding up the metabolism. Our cells operate like tiny generated batteries. A cell that is strong operates between 50-70 Millivolts. A cell under 40 Millivolts starts to become fatigued. Over time these low energy cells start to stack up like coins, slowing down the metabolism. Weight loss is more difficult, at the same time weight gain becomes easier. Thus, weight loss can be accelerated with eLife™ therapy.
